Our Pilate’s classes are held at our office in Huntingdon Valley, PA, easily accessible from the surrounding areas including Southampton, Warminster, Trevose, Feasterville, Newtown, as well as other parts of Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County.

Meet The Instructor

Rebecca L. Cate

Rebecca L. Cate has been a certified trainer for 15 years. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Sports and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She has an extensive fitness background that includes but is not limited to: Kettlebell lifting, Crossfit, Pilate’s, and Yoga.

Rebecca is currently a candidate for her Master’s degrees in Public Health and Counseling Psychology at Arcadia University. She earned her B.S. in Psychological and Social Sciences with distinction from Penn State. She is also a formally trained chef from The Restaurant School, Walnut Hill College, in Philadelphia.

She is the project editor for two books: Steve Cotter, The Ultimate Guide to Kettlebell Lifting; and Steve Maxwell, Kettlebell Conditioning System, The Ultimate Kettlebell Guide.
