Our Yoga classes are held at our office in Huntingdon Valley, PA, easily accessible from the surrounding areas including Southampton, Warminster, Trevose, Feasterville, Newtown, as well as other parts of Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County.
Meet The Instructor
Lauri Rudach has over 18 years of experience being involved in fitness. While she was in college, Lauri fell in love with martial arts and went on to become a black belt in karate. She has also previously won 3 masters competitions in Figure Competitive Body Building, as well as her overall height class in Muscle Beach, Venice CA. Presently, Lauri conducts Yoga classes at our facility, and teaches her clients mobility, strength training and conditioning.
Her fitness experience includes not just yoga, but also kettlebells, aerobic training, lifting, and body weight exercises. Lauri’s favorite quote that she always tells her potential students is “Your never too old, too fat, or too weak to start a fitness program. And you can feel better”.
